InbuiltCode ("we", "our", "us") provides free browser-based developer tools at inbuiltcode.com. This policy explains what data is and isn't collected when you use the site.

Tool data stays in your browser

All tools on this site — the JSON formatter, regex tester, JWT decoder, cron builder, Base64/URL codec, and hash/UUID generator — run entirely client-side using JavaScript in your browser. Text, JSON, tokens, or any other input you type or paste into a tool is never transmitted to our servers and is not logged, stored, or seen by us in any way.

Standard web logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information for security and reliability purposes, such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs are used only for diagnosing issues and preventing abuse, and are not used to identify individuals or build user profiles.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember a single preference: your light/dark theme choice. This is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as page view counts) to understand which tools are useful and improve the site. Any such analytics do not include the content you enter into tools.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. This site does not integrate third-party advertising networks.
